Unfortunately we do not have a car park for patients, but there is street parking available.

BRANCH SURGERY (MMU)

We have a branch surgery based on the Manchester Metropolitan University campus where we provide general medical services for students attending the university only. This surgery is only open during term time (further details and a practice leaflet can be provided from their reception) and can be contacted at:

VIOLENCE AND AGGRESSION

Our practice charter highlights the need for you to treat our staff with courtesy and respect. Equally, our staff will treat you with the same courtesy and respect.

Abusive, aggressive or threatening behaviour directed toward doctors, staff or other patients will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the practice list and possible legal action being taken.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION – PUBLICATION SCHEME

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a Publication Scheme. A Publication Scheme is a guide to the 'classes' of information the practice intends to routinely make available.

This scheme is available from reception.
